Baby Food Ideas


Breakfast

- 1tbsp Oates

- 1 pear

- some blueberries

- 2 dried apricots

Boil the pear, blueberries and apricots, once softens, add porridge and mix all together.







Lunch

- Lamb

- 1 carrot

- 1 parsnip

- 1 turnip

- 1/2 onion

- 2 brussels sprouts


Boil everything together over low heat, for at least 2 hours or until the meet is very tender. Mash, blend or give pieces of food, whatever your little one prefers.
